The objective of this interior design project is to combine aesthetics and functionality in a 250 m2 Dubai Marina apartment.

The transformation project is centered around some strategic decisions, such as retaining the existing platform in the dining area to preserve a unique design element and converting one of the bedrooms into a versatile home office/guest room to enhance the apartment’s functionality.

To maximize space and ensure a clutter-free environment, we also reorganized the layout and added storage behind the master bedroom’s bed, contributing to the apartment’s overall comfort and elegance.

The project resulted in a warm yet modern design with beige tones, bold marbles, and black accents, thus creating an inviting environment that reflects the unique lifestyle of Dubai’s iconic waterfront community.
